What are your certifications/education? RMT, RYT working with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and intraoral.

I love more than anything getting rid of a headache or helping to ease the symptoms of a concussion. Being the conduit for relieving pain is hard to beat in general; but being someone that people can truly trust and be comfortable around is what really satisfies my soul. Massage is a phenomenal tool to help ease the many levels of discomfort people have; and I am continuously grateful to use it & learn from every individual.

My style now is focused on myofascial release, with elements of lymphatic drainage and cranio present in every treatment. Depending on the person I might use a significant amount of pressure, or a feather-light touch; but it is always patient.

Outside of massaging I am a mom to a wonderful little dude (best thing that’s ever happened to me) I’m also an avid birder and explorer! I love hiking, biking, swimming, paddleboarding, archery & just meditating in a quiet outdoor space.
